OUR JOURNEY
Kalthia Group Hotels has successfully been developing, acquiring, and managing full service and focused service hotels for over 16 years. Together with our management team and our numerous dedicated workforces, we have produced a winning combination in all markets that we have offered hotel services. Our current and past portfolio include Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Town Place and Suites by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Best Western, Clarion Inn, LaQuinta Inn, Ramada Inn and Suites, Days Inn, Super 8, Red Roof Inn, and Hawthorne Suites. Most recently, we have constructed of a top of the line “flagship” such as: Home2Suites in Yuma, Towneplace and Fairfield Suites in Las Vegas, Hampton Inn by Hilton in San Jose, Holiday Inn Express in San Jose, and more under development.
